Digital items do not count towards delivery or the £40 threshold. Delivery is calculated from the physical products in your basket.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders and subscription boxes within 2 working days after payment has been successfully collected.
UK Standard Delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed.
If tracking says your parcel was delivered but you cannot find it, email info@inclusivestoriesbox.co.uk so we can investigate.
