We regret to inform you that as a small business, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for Inclusive Stories subscriptions, as all of our stock is purchased on a final sale basis. We also cannot provide partial refunds for multiple-month subscriptions, but you can cancel your renewal at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You are able to cancel or pause your subscription renewal at any time before your next billing date. To cancel automatic payments, please notify us before your next payment goes out on the 2nd day of your renewal month. You can cancel your subscription through your customer portal or by sending an email to info@inclusivestoriesbox.co.uk Please be aware that cancellations are only applicable to future boxes, and not those already paid for. If you have paid for boxes for one, three, six, or twelve months (depending on your subscription plan), you will receive those boxes as planned. However, if you cancel before your next billing date, your subscription will not be renewed, and you will not receive any further boxes.

When you make your initial purchase, you will be charged immediately. For all subsequent orders, you will be billed on the 2nd day of the following month. If you have a subscription that spans multiple months, such as three, six, or twelve months, you will be charged on the same date as your first payment each month.

If you're purchasing other fantastic products from Inclusive Stories, we charge a flat rate of £3.99 for shipping to ensure that you receive your order promptly and safely. Our team carefully packs and ships each item with care, and we'll provide you with tracking information so that you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.
