This policy explains what personal information Inclusive Stories collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it simple and we never sell your information.

Who we are

Inclusive Stories Ltd runs inclusivestoriesbox.co.uk. We are the controller of your personal information, which means we decide how it is used.

  • Company number: 14064560, registered in England and Wales

What we collect

  • Your account: your name, email address and password. We never see your password in plain text.
  • Orders and subscriptions: your name, delivery address, email, phone number if you give it, what you bought and when. Our payment provider handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Digital downloads and tools: which products you have bought, so you can open them again from My Downloads.
  • My Morning, My Way: the routines you create, which can include your child's name, the steps you choose, any words you add and any photos you upload. These are saved to your account so you can come back to them.
  • Free support tools: your answers stay in your browser and are not saved to our servers. If you choose "Email me a copy", we use your email address to send the PDF and do not keep it afterwards.
  • Messages: what you send us when you email or contact us.
  • Website use: basic technical information, such as your browser, device and the pages you visit. See Cookies below.

You can delete a routine at any time from My routines. Deleting a routine removes its photos too. You can also ask us to delete all your information (see Your rights below).
