Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds and Shop Purchase Returns

At Inclusive Stories, we want you and your little one to love every box and item that we send you.


If there are any issues with your boxes, please do not hesitate to contact us at, we will do our best to assist you and ensure your satisfaction.

For first-time orders, we offer a 30-day guarantee. You can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your first box is delivered or within 30 days after delivery. This guarantee is valid from the day after you receive your first box. If your box has already been shipped, we will refund the price paid for the products, minus delivery fees.

Please note that we cannot process any return requests that are received more than 30 days after the receipt of your first box. According to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we cannot accept returns of any subsequent boxes. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must return the box and its complete contents, unused and in their original packaging, to Inclusive Stories within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.


At this time, we cannot offer partial refunds for individual items in your box. You are responsible for any delivery costs, and we recommend using a tracking service to ensure safe delivery. If you need to return a box, please contact us at for instructions on how and where to send your package. Note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


If any item in your order is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


For shop purchases, we offer a 14-day return policy on any books and physical items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot refund any postage costs, and you will be responsible for posting the items back to us. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure they are received. If you need to return a shop purchase, please contact us at for instructions on how and where to send your package.


Please note that we cannot offer refunds on any digital products.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
